In high school I had friends, but they turned into people that just crossed my path for four years that I could go to prom with. My college friends, those are the people that became my family. I call them my loves and I call them "love" because that's what they are. I always said that I was so lucky to find my soul's counterparts at such a young age. They will be in my wedding, they will be aunts and uncle to my children and they will be and have been my support net. I actually had lunch with them this weekend. Four hours later we parted ways. One of them I hadn't seen in six months, one for five months, and one a month. It was like we just had lunch last week though, because that's our bond. Every time one of us gets a boyfriend or engaged the others look at that boy and let them know 100% that we were here first and we'll be here long after. Friendships like mine and yours are to be treated with respect and love. And I commend you for realizing that and following through on it. Again I adore this post :) Bravo!! Ben I adore this post!
